About OMNI&TSACG Compliance Services

OMNI&TSACG is an independent third-party administrator (TPA) and part of Daybright Financial’s Public Sector Retirement segment. We help school districts, government entities, and other public-sector organizations simplify retirement plan administration through specialized plan support, compliance coordination, and administrative services.

As part of Daybright Financial, formerly U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, OMNI&TSACG combines decades of public-sector expertise with the strength of a broader retirement and benefits organization.

What we do

OMNI&TSACG supports public-sector retirement plan administration and compliance needs, including support for 403(b), 457(b), and related public-sector plan activity.
Our role is administrative and compliance-focused. We help employers, participants, advisors, and providers access the forms, resources, plan support, compliance coordination, and service information they need.

As an independent third-party administrator, OMNI&TSACG continues to provide the specialized retirement plan administration, compliance coordination, and participant support trusted by school districts, government entities, and other public-sector organizations. OMNI&TSACG.com remains the primary destination for administrative resources, forms, compliance support, and public-sector retirement plan information. Together, OMNI&TSACG and Daybright are working to make retirement administration simpler, more connected, and easier to navigate for public-sector organizations and the people they serve.

Our History

U.S. OMNI and TSA Consulting Group each built trusted relationships with public-sector and tax-exempt retirement plan clients. As part of the Daybright Financial’s Public Sector Retirement segment, the combined OMNI&TSACG organization brings together experience, service resources, and administrative support for public-sector plans and organizations.
